My apologies, none of it was intentional. If you were the one in the white Prius that was driving erratically, please do yourself and your passengers a favor by recognizing there are other vehicles on the road that weigh a whole lot more. Due to my heavy load, I did downshift to take the grade. No brake check. I do not appreciate the bad review as I work very hard to make everyone happy and if you were a customer of ours at one time, please do not request service from us again.
